1. How many free video generations can I create each day as a free user?

During our promotional period, free users can create 3 FREE videos everyday with Wan 2.1 Turbo. Please note that this offer may be modified in the future.

2. What are Credits?

Credits serve as tokens required to generate images or videos. More demanding or higher-quality tasks (for instance, creating a high-resolution image or a lengthy video) will use up more credits.

3. Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. At the start of each billing cycle, you automatically receive a new allocation of credits based on your plan. Any leftover credits from the previous month expire and cannot be carried over, ensuring each cycle begins with a clean slate.

4. What happens if I use up my credits?

If you deplete your credits, you can either (a) switch to a higher-tier subscription that offers more credits or (b) purchase standalone credit packs to supplement your current plan. Note that each credit pack remains valid for up to 90 days after purchase.

5. Can I change my subscription plan?

Absolutely! You can modify your subscription at any point by visiting your account page. If you decide to upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. However, if you choose to downgrade or cancel, those changes won't apply until the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Where can I check my current usage and remaining credits?

You can quickly view your current balance by selecting your profile picture in the top-right corner.

7. What are concurrent jobs?

Concurrent jobs refer to the maximum number of videos a user can generate at the same time. This limit applies to all available video generation models.

8. Do I get charged for failed video generations?

If a video fails to generate due to input errors or issues with the model's service, your credits will be refunded.

9. Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Users with an active subscription who have used fewer than 200 lifetime credits (~ 7 Kling 1.6 videos) can request a refund through the account page. If you meet these criteria, please contact us at feedback@movii.ai or via our Discord channel.
